Hive Rewards Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in the Stowe Bee Bakery Hive Rewards promotional program you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). You may not participate in the Stowe Bee Bakery Hive Rewards program unless you understand and agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to your participation in the Stowe Bee Bakery Hive Rewards promotional program (“Hive Rewards”) which is operated by Stowe Bee Bakery, Inc. in the United States of America. These Terms do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Stowe Bee Bakery for products, services, or other programs.
Hive Rewards is a loyalty program designed to thank customers for patronizing our business. Members of Hive Rewards can (1) earn and accumulate Credits (“Nectar Credits”) by making qualified purchases at Stowe Bee Bakery that can be redeemed for certain menu items.
Program Changes Stowe Bee Bakery reserves the right to change these Terms or to eliminate Hive Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon either (i) posting the revisions to www.stowebeebakery.com or (ii) notice to you via email to the email address you provide when registering for the program.
Eligibility To participate in Hive Rewards you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence. Hive Rewards is not targeted towards or intended for use by minors.
Registration To register for Hive Rewards, you must complete the registration form either by giving your information at the time of an in-store sale, or by going to www.stowebeebakery.com/hive-rewards and completing the online registration form. The registration process will require you to provide your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. You may register for and use only one Hive Rewards account. No membership card is required. Credits After you register, you will earn Nectar Credits for in-store purchases of certain Stowe Bee Bakery menu items. You can not earn Credits for special or custom orders, catering items, wholesale items, gift basket items or full cakes. You cannot earn Nectar Credits for purchases made or orders placed before registration. Nectar Credits will be credited to your account 24 hours after your eligible purchase. Purchases made with complementary codes, donation codes, and discount codes are not eligible for Nectar Credits. Each eligible menu item purchase earns you two Nectar Credits. Eligible menu items may change from time to time.
Credits Accrual, Reward Expiration, and Exclusions Nectar Credits will be credited to your Nectar Credits Account approximately 24 hours after your Credits-eligible purchases. Accordingly, if you make a purchase eligible for Nectar Credits on one day, you will not be able to use those Credits until at least the following day. As you earn Honey Rewards, you can redeem them in-store or you may save them to bank up for a larger reward. Neither Nectar Credits nor Honey Rewards may be combined with other offers or promotions. Menu items eligible for Reward redemption may change from time to time. For menu items currently eligible for Reward redemption, see Terms & Conditions. Once you redeem your Reward, your Rewards Account will reset and that Reward will no longer appear in your Rewards Account. Purchases made prior to your registration for Hive Rewards will not be eligible for Nectar Credits or Honey Rewards. To redeem your Honey Reward, provide your registered email address and proof of Honey Reward to your cashier when placing your order.
Emails from Stowe Bee Bakery Stowe Bee Bakery may from time to time send you emails related to the Hive Rewards program and other Stowe Bee Bakery promotions. By registering for the Hive Rewards program, you agree to receive such email.
Miscellaneous There are no membership fees associated with Hive Rewards. Nectar Credits, Honey Rewards, and other perks earned and accumulated in connection with the Hive Rewards program are promotional and can not be redeemed for cash. Your Hive Rewards account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. Stowe Bee Bakery has the right to make the final determination of the Nectar Credits, Honey Rewards, and other perks earned by you at its sole discretion. You may have only one Hive Rewards account. Stowe Bee Bakery reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Hive Rewards program if Stowe Bee Bakery determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Stowe Bee Bakery may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. Stowe Bee Bakery also reserves the right to deactivate and make ineligible for the Hive Rewards program any account that has been inactive for two consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Nectar Credits earned. The Hive Rewards program is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROGRAM, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN XXXX, VERMONT HAVING JURISDICTION. FURTHER, IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES, OTHER THAN YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (E.G. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING), AND YOU FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.
